    Fixed

    • pip install splent_cli works in a clean environment: python-dotenv, jinja2 and splent_framework are now declared dependencies. A test fails on any undeclared runtime import.
    • spl:add-feature places a feature in the right optional group, and feature:impact finds the UVL.
    • product:down --prod, product:deploy and product:shell --prod fixes.
    • check:infra, product:derive and the pre-flight no longer warn about the product's own containers.
    • Fresh databases are seeded, generated migrations are formatted, and db:status no longer truncates revision names.

    • git.splent.io is the default forge. The forge token is SPLENT_FORGE_TOKEN, with GITHUB_TOKEN read only as a fallback.
    • sample_splent_spl ships built in, pinned to v4 (10.5281/zenodo.23076870), so a fresh workspace can list and fetch it.
    • Requires splent_framework 1.15.0.
    • Releases are paced under PyPI's limit on new projects; release commands take --wait.
    • feature:contract infers contracts more faithfully, and feature:refine recognises its own scaffolds and writes hook stubs.
